We highly recommend Ohio Sports Group; they have earned our trust! They're attentive, honest, and fair. We talked with Lydia and had a great conversation with her. That said, the first image sent was damaged but they quickly made it right and sent out another one in mint condition right away. We then contacted them about the missing generic Beckett card and discovered that Beckett no longer sends that out. However, Lydia went ahead and sent us one. Lydia was great to talk to!

UPS delivered/scanned my package to the wrong address. We have a mail problem where I live. The shipper was beyond accommodating and went above my expectations to make sure that I was taken care of. Whether a new item needed shipped or the solution would resolve the shipper handled it. My package was delivered the following day. Amazing quality and again shipper was excellent to work with!
