Awful item. They told me to return item tracked to China and get would refund my postage which came to £22.40 but no postage refund received. Untrustworthy, the postage cost me more than the useless poor quality item.

Unuseful product which says to heat your shoulder and it's only 20cm x 20cm that you have to charge it and as you switch it of it cools in few sec. I asked for full refund told me to send item back and give me 50% of the money. By the way shipping was going to cost me €6. Not worthed. Be Careful.
