After I did that, eBay notified me that the seller refused to cancel the order. There was no response from the seller after that - despite repeated attempts. I finally had to open a case with eBay to get a refund. I chose this seller because of their high (100%) rating but didn't see the value of that rating reflected in any part of this transaction.
