Item recieved was not as described. Ratchet did not fit standard size sockets. I was not able to use Ratchets. Seller informed and agreed a return. Seller refused to a full refund and deducted postage and suggested the cost of postage be given to charity. Ebay was contacted and was sympathetic and indicated they would re-imburse the cost of postage as a goodwill gesture. the seller was harsh in applying their return conditons. I will never use this seller again.
