  Coat arrived in good shape and as described,but smelled of tobacco. I contacted the seller and they offered for me to return the coat and they would apply an Ozone treatment to remove the odor, but the cost for shipping would make it too expensive, so the kindly refunded me $40 so I could apply it to local furrier for cleaning. I really appreciate the customer service, very prompt and accommodating. Will purchase from this seller again.

  The mink coat I ordered is absolutely gorgeous. I can't say enough about Olivier. He is professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. He answered my many questions in a timely manner and was very patient through the process. I gave Olivier the measurements and it fits the recipient to a tee. The package was well wrapped and the shipping was quick. I am so pleased that I have ordered a second coat. I cannot recommend Olivier more highly for quality and impeccable customer service.

  The raccoon headband is lovely, as is the raccoon hat, matching the descriptions applied to them by Olivier Furs. They are overall excellent purchases. I appreciated the sound advice Olivier gave me with regard to selecting the hat. The items were shipped promptly and arrived well-packaged.
