    A positive experience.The item was exactly as described & well packed. It was also very good value too. Great seller. P.S. Not that this is any reflection re the seller but why do ebay always nudge you to reference Postage in a feedback ,when it's safe to assume that if you have actually bought something & know the postage in advance you are perfectly happy to pay regardless of the cost ?

    After being Let Down by another eBayer, I emailed Olli's Attic and asked could they be sent out first thing as I had a Wedding on the Saturday. Olli's Attic responded first (I asked several) and duly did as they promised. I was nervous when the Royal Mail showed delivery the following week, but I was reassured me that although they couldn't make Royal Mail move any faster, they had taken it directly to the sorting Office and they should arrive on time, And THEY DID. Absolutely TOP SERVICE!!!

    Posted out very quickly Unfortunately the item got damaged in transit the packaging for the items was good but didn’t hold up to the battering of the sorting centre. The seller was quick to respond and sort out all the issues very promptly. Communication was perfect would definitely buy from them again.
