Even ordering from a different country (thankfully they are willing to ship from Canada to the U.S.), I received my Order in less than a week, which is great in my opinion. The wool pellets are just as described and pictured, and exactly what I'd been looking for, and at a reasonable price. I will definitely be back for more when I use up these ones. A+++++

  This would be a 10 star review if it was possible. This guy went above and beyond when my item arrived sadly damaged. Not a single quibble and offered refund or replacement item which I was not expecting. Quality of packing excellent. Item shipped in plastic box lined with shredded paper.   I bought these inexpensive pellets for short range target shooting in several of my air pistols and my low-velocity rifles. I have not tried this model before, but H&N is a quality manufacturer and I have been happy with many other pellets from them. Most of the orders I've placed over the years have shipped same day or next business day and arrived cross country one or two days ahead of schedule. Can't ask for more than that.
