Tbh I wasn’t expecting much when the initial item came with a dent on its surface. Expected the typical hand waving or here’s a few dollar’s compensation. But nope, this seller asked me for a few pictures then told me to toss the old one and sent me a brand new table top which got here in record time. Amazing service, great communication.

Fantastic product, perfectly received as a gift. Works wonderfully and is a quality product; though the table top is some type of compressed fiberboard with a faux wood coat/skin, which was surprising. Arrived with the package box having a dent in it with a dent/hole in the table top to match. Seller quickly accommodated a replacement for the damaged part. Exceptional, perfect customer service.
