Seller did not pack these items well at all. He simply threw all items in a box with crumbled paper on top. Each one should have been wrapped separately. A a result 2 had some minor bent screws. One was completely broken and was not even the model that he had shown in the picture. I paid a premium for the shipping and expected better effort. Am not sure how he will handle my refund for the wrong broken item.

The unit was listed as new, I was sent a 2006 broken sterilizer when contacted the seller he called me a liar and refused to even acknowledge my concerns. In over 18 years of buying on eBay, I have not ever faced a seller that knowingly cheat then aggressively blame their victims. Also this is my first one star review. I strongly recommend that eBay remove them as a seller to protect their customers and eBay’s reputation.

We did send a new item that was in a box still sealed from the manufacturer as shown in photos. But, we have sent a return label anyhow so that we may try to assist you
