    I don't like leaving negative feedback, but I will make an exception in this case. I ordered 2 packs of hair colour for my wife on 25th July 2025 (website said 6 units in stock), and ended up getting my money back from eBay on 20 August 25 because the order did not arrive. The seller communication was extremely poor throughout, and most messages left unanswered - never a good sign! ONC used to be a reliable seller but something has gone very wrong recently and I would avoid buying from them.
