  What a truly genuine seller. Unfortunately, a part fell out of the packaging in transit. Hopefully, I won't need the bit but seller has issued a partial refund, even though ai did not make a refund request, was just clarifying whether it fell out or was not included when the item was packaged. Great communication throughout my purchase, even giving a partial refund off their own back, amazing!! The item was as described, turned up quickly, my only complaint would be the quality of the box used.
