Purchased as a running watch, when it arrived it wasn't worked so I returned the watch the next day exercising my right under distance selling act 2008. Seller messaged me claiming that I must have damaged the watch and they escalated to eBay who immediately refunded the full cost including postage! By law postage only has to be refunded if the goods are faulty or incorrectly described. Later on the same day watch was been relisted by seller at a lower price and stating it is in working order.

you purchased & received a perfectly fine working watch, then maliciously damaged it as you did not like the item. Returned to me in a non working, heavily used state, expecting a full refund.... lowest of the low.
