When I rate shipping time, it's the amount of time it takes the seller to get the package in the mail. After that, it's simply out of the seller's control.   These Hey Dudes were new, in the box, all tags intact. Price was great, and I couldn't find this style anywhere else. They are exactly as described and pictured.   I love these shoes!! The vendor was quick to respond to my questions and they were exactly as described. They are warm and comfy. It did not have the original box but was packaged in a very sturdy box with all the original paper and paperwork. I received the shoes earlier than I expected which was great since the weather has turned so cold. These were a great find for a lot less than other retailers. I will order from this seller again!

  Returned the boots. Didn't even take the second one out of the box and only took the first one out to take a picture (put it below). The color of these when received is not even close to their pictures and has nothing to do with my monitor. Their pictures show a pretty bright orange color and the actual boots are the rusty pinky odd brown I've put below. So if you are buying them for the color think twice. But the seller is very professional and took them back with no problems.

  VERY Dishonest Seller! Never received the shoes nor any communication from the seller notifying me of a cancellation. Seller advertised the shoes and did not have them for whatever reason. Seller cancelled the order, refunded me my money and then dishonestly marked the option that reads: Cancelled due to buyer's incorrect address. My address has been the same for many years, plus I have placed numerous orders on ebay and other venues. I would NEVER do business with this dishonest seller.
