Hello I m sorry for the delay. At Christmas during the busy time I ordered a item but I did not receive it. After Christmas I contacted the seller they immediately contacted me to apologise and refunded me. When the item was tracked it was the fault of Royal mail as they some times do the item was lost. I found the seller very helpful and would shop with them in the future.

Buyer left negative feedback before even contacting us, This item was posted on day of order and we had proof of postage, so another Royal Mail loss. We refunded the buyer as soon as they told us the item had not arrived, no need for the negative feedback.
