    As the listing was for 3pcs, I assumed that that was what I would receive - but only one bottle (a very nice bottle) arrived. After communicating with the seller, I discovered that the bottles were being sold individually! As I found the price unacceptable for just one bottle, I have returned it and received a full refund. Communications with the seller were good and very prompt at corresponding with me, so happy with that.

    The product was as described and value for money. Had I realised that Yodel were going to be delivering the parcel I would not have ordered. I have only had bad experience with them and this time was no exception. They provided me a 2 hour time slot so I made arrangements around those hours but they turned up 3 and a half hours after the later time in the time slot!! Why people still continue to use Yodel baffles me, they are rubbish.

    Item arrived within the specified time scale, well packaged and in great condition, so no complaints there. The only issue was that the Royal Mail Tracking Label was generated for a 48 hour tracked service a whole week before it was actually scanned into their Network. The customer service team were quick to respond stating it had been sent on time and they had chased up with Royal Mail, but not sure how accurate this is in all honesty; just to be mindful if a time sensitive purchase like mine.
