    I don't have it yet. The problem is with DPD and how/where they've taken it. I'm now being told it's at their Pick Up shop, after being delivered somewhere else and not where it should have been delivered, but no one is answering my queries. The seller has been very good, and I'm keeping him informed of the problem, but I don't think he can really do anything as it isn't his fault.

    The first compound W Wart remover had a manufacturing fault. The product is in a seeled package, therefore the seller would’ve been unaware of the fault. The seller was fantastic and sent a refund straight away. I reordered the product again and it was dispatched and received promptly. The second tube was perfect. I would highly recommend purchasing items from this seller, their customer service is excellent.

    Wrong item sent, messages were ignored for 3 days, apologised, was told to print a label off & send wrong item back, even though I told them I don’t have a printer, UNBELIEVABLY they resent the wrong item AGAIN!! Have sent further messages & now being ignored again!! Mistakes happen, but their customer service is shocking, I DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SELLER!!
