  THIS DIDN'T ACTUALLY FIT MY Lay-Z-Spa. But the seller did immediately offer me a full refund, perhaps there is more than one type. The quality, condition and overall appearance were exactly as listed. It was delivered well packed and promptly. The price was reasonable. So taking everything into account I'm still leaving them positive feedback.

  No problem with the seller or the item. As described, packed well, dispatched quickly. Unfortunately have to mark down on delivery because YODEL. An awful courier. Failed delivery, didn't reattempt as promised, redirected to a parcel shop, tracking didn't work and still says "returning to sender". Not the sellers fault, let down by the courier.

  Good product at good price - works great on my Husqvana LT151 Lawn Tractor. Prompt dispatch & tracked delivery. Sadly dreadful experience with the courier, Yodel: in future I would consider not buying from vendors who use Yodel. Tracked as "Out for Delivery" for 6 consecutive days. Each time I waited in for a delivery that never came, and was just tracked as "Out for Delivery" again the following day. Online chat "help line" useless. Eventually drove to the local office to collect.
