Yes the seller has been contacted and email received from eBay advising to return for a full refund. I still need to know where this should be returned to and if seller is paying the return postage. As previously notified, the item was not brand new as advertised. Box really damaged, scratches on the machine, back doesn’t fit properly and there is a small broken piece in the box.

Ordered item on the 13th Jan 2024. Stated estimate delivery 17th to 19th Jan but dispatch status remained at not sent until 6th Feb. I contacted the seller immediately but they didn't respond. I wish I had read more reviews as this seems to be a common compliant. Highly suggest you don't use this seller.
