I informed seller, and hinted that a 10% discount would be a goodwill gesture plus good customer service that would save BOTH of us time and hassle…the bed wasn’t what I had ordered, so it was clearly THEIR mistake. Their tone IMMEDIATELY changed, practically accusing me of EXTORTION and BLACKMAIL…so I won’t ever use this company again…nor would I recommend them either…disappointing

Lookally there was no damage done to the table, advertised as new, but someone had tried to assemble it before returning it, before I received it in this condition.couldnt take photos as box had been deposed of.
