The trader efficiently chased up the courier who had delayed delivery... this was nothing to do with the purchase or postage but the courier Hermes/Evri. It would have arrived on time, had Hermes not mislaid it somewhere along the line. The item is fine, and good value, the postage was fine, it is the courier firm Hermes who the problem lay with (they have recently mislaid about 5 of my Amazon and E-Bay items). The trader was courteous and efficient, I would go back to the same trader!
