  As my item was sent to someone else and after contacting the seller was asked to wait until the item was returned back to seller then forwarded to me after 7 day l could not wait any longer and cancelled and applied for refund. After l cancelled l received another message from seller say just received back. And ask if l wish to buy. Why would l buy second hand good when l paid for new l don’t know if the item had been used. So l said no thanks you.

  There was a mix up in labels and the item was sent to the wrong buyer, as it was the only one in stock I had no choice but to wait until it was returned to me. I offered him a full refund but he said he would wait, I kept the buyer up to date and let him keep the item he had received as compensation. He then started being insulting and insinuating that we are not a reputable business, which if you read our feedback clearly isn't true, so refunded him his payment.
