The seller sent a completely different item to the one pictured. The item sent was much cheaper, tackier, and wasn't fit for purpose. I tried to contact the seller about it and they pointed out their listing said "packaging my vary", I said to them "yeah it says packaging my vary, not the whole item may vary". seller very unhelpful, deliberate bait and switch scam.

Item arrived. Quality is very poor, doors on pill box don’t open or stay shut. Flimsy plastic & very small, doesn’t hold bigger pills. I messaged seller explaining issues, told them I’d like to return item & have a refund. They did respond at first but with no answer to resolve my issue. Over a week later I messaged again but with no reply to how to resolve issue. Item was only £2.99 but it’s the fact they get away with taking tiny amounts of money & get away with bad service.

Item arrived but unfortunately brushes broke, cleaning fluid had leaked out which resulted in losing pretty much all of it in 1 bottle, some had also leaked out of the second bottle aswell, I can only think that rough delivery is the cause as its down to transit damage. Can't blame the seller as they offered me a refund and rectified the situation as soon as I reported it. Seller has really good communication so all in all happy with the result. A++++++++ for customer service a communication.

Item and price OK, delivery was made 19 days after order was placed, even at Christmas this is too slow and later than advertised, as a result I had started a refund request and bought a similar item from elsewhere as I needed it. No response to my request for shipping or tracking information before the refund request was filed with ebay, a response may have prevented me buying a duplicate from elsewhere.
