    The delivery was a disaster, just as I anticipated. Ignoring my direct request to avoid Yodel, the company used them anyway. After a confusing back-and-forth about delivery problems and a forced address change, the driver just dumped the parcel on my doorstep. I had to race home to prevent theft, yet again, thanks to Yodel's incompetence. It's a shame, because the product and price were right, but the customer service and Yodel's handling of the delivery were so bad that I won't buy from them.
