They dispatched the item quickly and provided me with a tracking ref number, but a problem occurred somewhere, perhaps with the Royal Mail courier, and I never received the item.   Excellent experience with this seller. Toilet arrived smashed - mishandled by the courier. Contacted the seller and they immediately offered a replacement and dropped it off themselves a couple of days later. Really great service from these guys. Would highly recommend.
