  Item received damaged due to insufficient packaging, messaged seller with description of problem and photos, the seller responded promptly and issued refund within less than 24 hours, which considering the time difference is amazing, more sellers should be this efficient, after all good customer service is more about the occasional times it goes wrong and how the problems are dealt with, than how many times it is right.

  Very strange, messaged me say order had been sent but courier had apparently sent it back to them for no reason. Said they couldn't resend the item back to me even though they had received it back. So just cancelled my order a week after ordering. Seems like it was never sent. Think the way the message was worded it does not seem to be a UK company. Wouldn't use again.
