The actual item I received was a different colour and design to what I had ordered. When I complained to the seller I explained that I did not want the hassle of returning the item and, as it was still ok to look at, I had decided to still accept it. I received a prompt apology and offer of a 20% refund, which I accepted. I thought this was very good customer service on a small value order so can commend them for that response.

Absolutely frustrating. The wrong item was delivered (a melt warmer but totally different design) I contacted seller explaining this, with a full description and said I was happy to keep it (only about £6) and pay again for another, as long as it was the right type. Reply asked for pictures of item, packaging and a fuller account. I explained that I was unable to send pictures and reiterated happy to pay again. Further requests for pictures. I really think I was quite fair! Cannot recommend.
