Prices have increased quite alot bought this item back in 2022 for £7.95 now £12.50, just goes to show how things have gone up generally. Would highly recommend this seller..

    Listing stated for Dyson DC30 but totally different when arrived. Returned next day but seller then withheld money on refund claiming "item not in original condition" which was completley untrue it was not compatable and therefore returnd so wrong that this seller then keeps money from buyers in by using this comment to retain money raised concerns through ebay who resolved the issue and refunded the shortfall. Have just looked and seen this seller has a cataloque of negative comments

    Pictures on the listings are meant for a purpose.You purchased a totally different item which was clearly advertised for the model number .Why should we suffer for your mistakes & pay the postage cost .We request you to please Look at the descriptions & Pictures before any purchase to save the time & money of the sellers ..     Arrived 18th March but as in total it took four and a half days from posting to delivery, including a weekend, I was pleased. Royal Mail tracking is totally useless, you get a message that says, tracking won't be updated until we have attempted delivery. That's not tracking, it's just delivery! I've had the item for two days and the tracking still doesn't say that it has arrived. Anyway, that's out of the hands of the seller, the battery is good and doing the job I got it for. Thank you.
