We send Items in reused boxes where possible, and package your items as safely as possible. The boxes are from various different retailers, we don't like to be wasteful.
We hope and we are sure that everyone will find something for themselves in our store.
All orders purchased and paid before 4pm will be despatched on same day, after 4pm on next day, so parcels bought and paid after 4pm an Friday, plus all day Saturday, will be despatched on Sunday.

    The item was not the one shown in the pictures. I sent the photos and the seller has a back and forth telling me it was when it looks COMPLETELY different. There was no accountability on the sellers end. Then offered a refund if I go through the hassle of repacking and sending it back - this shouldn't be the case when you literally falsely advertised an item which is probably worth £5 max, I definitely wouldn't have paid £15 + for it.

    Firstly we send exactly same product, it might looked different then on photos because photos was made when case was fitted on black MacBook, case was in clear black colour and not like buyer claimed black,that's a big difference, buyer had long time to return it to us but never did,buyer send us photos with still tape on the case plus it wasn't even fitted on MacBook so they clearly looked different, we always trying what's best for our buyers,but this buyer wanted to keep case plus full refund

    Arrived as described. The mat is not as translucent as suggested but that's ok. Information inside the pack contradicted the item description which implied it shouldn't be used when the induction was working. The seller responded quickly on contact, reassuring me this is not the case, but I have, tbh, to put it to the test. Translucency no doubt will be more obvious when in use. I am very happy with the mat though as it is inoffensive to look at & is effectively protecting my new hob
