  Seller was terrible at communication and had to be chased at every step of the process to dispatch on time. This order was the second such,with the initial order not being dispatched for over a week and thus being refunded and cancelled. On talking to the seller and being reassured that another order would be dispatched on next day delivery a reorder was made. The current item was over a month late in delivery due to the sender not paying the correct postage which I then had to pay myself.
