The item came approximately one (1) week after ordering and was packaged very well (as to prevent damage in transit).     These guys are great! Very fast shipping, reasonable return policy, quality products and great pricing. The control board for my range was packaged very well and arrived in great shape. The control board was as described in the listing and fixed my problem. For less and $200 I was able to save my range and not have to pay thousands for a new one.
