The package was a bit roughly packaged, but it's understandable as dumbbells are a bit hard to package. The case for the dumbbells was cracked which I believe happened in transit. However, what didn't happen in transit was the defective locking screw for the dumbbell weights. Tried to contact the seller for a replacement locking screw, who never responded to me, despite messaging twice.
