  Arrived promptly but on a huge heavy pallet. No one to help get heavy chair off pallet into house. Felt it should have been a two man delivery to elderly buyers with arthritic hands. The chair isn’t all that comfortable but that’s a risk we take when buying a chair online. The price was good to be fair.
