I was forced to raise a case with Ebay in which I made clear that I still wanted the ladder. Eventually I received an email to say that there was a dispatch issue and I would be refunded. The 6' ladder is still available to purchase on Ebay today. Not yet resolved. Very poor all round by Orchard. Be aware!!
