    Purchased 6 foot ladder on 20th July which was not dispatched to me. over the next week I tried multiple times to make contact with the seller, all my emails were ignored. I was forced to raise a case with Ebay in which I made clear that I still wanted the ladder. Eventually I received an email to say that there was a dispatch issue and I would be refunded. The 6' ladder is still available to purchase on Ebay today. Not yet resolved. Very poor all round by Orchard. Be aware!!

    Okay service! item as listed ~ despatched fast ~ delivered safely in a few days adequately packaged ~ courtesy of feedback after emailing them to ask why they hadn’t, but no reply apart from the feedback which wasn’t done after our payment therefore our purchase wasn’t acknowledged initially ~ shame, communication a let down!
