    Bought an item a few weeks before Xmas as a gift for my son from Santa, unfortunately whilst unboxing on the big day we found damage to the item which could not be seen from the outside. After getting in touch, the seller issued a return and refunded promptly once received. I’d have no hesitation buying from this seller again as it was not their fault the item was damaged and the aftercare is excellent.

    I purchased a set of dolls. After I paid in full, the seller contacted me and demanded I pay an additional £100 or they would cancel my order. They said it was for shipping. I already paid £30 for shipping. I contacted eBay and a representative told me the seller had violated eBay policy by demanding more money after the sale. eBay told me not to pay. When I informed the seller, they cancelled my order. Sellers like this should not be allowed to continue selling on eBay. Do not buy from them.

    Would buy from again. Item arrived quickly and largely as described. Boxes unopened so new in that sense. This is an older item no longer available so maybe my expectations were a little high but there was some damage to both boxes not mentioned in the listing. The damage may have happened in transit but again careful packing would probably have avoided this. I think I'll have to unbox them before giving as a gift for Christmas.
