The purchase was for a pack of six spoons but only one was sent and even that was broken . The seller offered to replace the spoon but never acknowledge the description mistake . I asked for a refund twice and it was only forthcoming when I involved eBay.
Helpful advice to the seller- Answer all questions from the buyer, do not ignore them , it is very irritating asking a second time. When specifying deadlines be clear what mean, within 48 hours does not mean you can add a weekend break.
