    On this occasion, the item was unfortunately damaged in storage, appearing to have been marked when caught in the racking. We promptly contacted the buyer to explain the situation & offered several goodwill gestures to find a resolution. We believed this was the best course of action, as knowingly shipping a faulty item would be poor customer service & cause further inconvenience. We are surprised by the feedback given our efforts to resolve this issue, but we respect your choice to leave it

    I wanted to give 5* because communication and delivery was very good. The item received is lovely and pictures reflect the colour perfectly. However, there is frayed stitching on the leg and what appears to be a pen mark on the rear which wasn’t mentioned in the description. Hopefully will come out when washed. Otherwise great ebayer with a fantastic selection and good service.
