From ordering to delivery took 12 days way over delivery date, the communication was a total waste if effort, I had no reply to two messages sent. The irony of this is, I missed the last post that would have got the card to my granddaughters birthday in time as she lives in Italy ! Not too happy with this seller although I have to say, the card was lovely just too late to send it !

item never arrived. seller never replied when I opened a query on ebay to find out why it hadn't arrived almost 2weeks later. even though I wrote that I still wanted the item, seller sent me a refund with no communication at all.
