I received the manual in the mail today, a couple of hours after I sent a notification to the seller that it had not yet arrived. It was initially due between 4/17 and 4/23, which was 1 to 2 weeks. I am pleased with the purchase and the delay in shipping was through no fault of the seller. It is exactly as depicted in the ad.

Thank you for the great feedback. Sometimes eBay encourages immediate refund BUT it is not the sellers fault that shippers are sometimes late in delivery and purchasing tracking is not always feasable for light inexpensive items sold. Our outcome is great. Thanks again. Bill
