    The dual-cassette player may have been damaged in shipping, as right-side player was inoperative and the cassette door would not open. When I reported the problem, rather than haggle the seller voluntarily returned my purchase price. I say 'voluntarily' because I hadn't asked him to. He looked at pictures I provided, and that was enough. I am very satisfied with this seller. I will look for other items from him/them.
