  I purchased 2 of these hard to find ornaments from this seller at a very reasonable price. The ornaments arrived together & the sound mechanism on 1 did not work. I notified the seller the same day & there was a very quick response. I was offered a full refund or have a replacement be sent without any additional cost to me. I opted for the replacement ornament & it was sent to me as soon as it was possible to do so. Today,I received this ornament in perfect working condition. Awesome seller !
