Shipping was fast and free :)) The set came exactly when it was supposed to. However, the seller did not mention the box had a huge cut right in the middle front. I felt kinda uneasy since the bags inside could have fallen or been taken out. HOWEVER, the seller made a great effort to seal it airtight with 3-4 layers of bubble wrap. Amazing. Overall, the experience was above average, would recommend 110%.

The shipping to the United states was SUPER fast, I ordered the purse on Tuesday and it came on Friday. The bag itself was completely sealed and brand new, the metal wear on the bag was covered and sealed with plastic so everything was in pristine condition!!

The item was received in just 4 days internationally which was surprisingly much faster than the estimated arrival date of 2 weeks. Although the item was being sent directly from South Korea, item was received as used and missing some parts. After consulting with local KBBQ manager (where I first discovered the product) he confirmed that I was missing a critical part and that the product isn't the most reliable as they threw away 20 of their previously ordered 30 for the same reasons. Upsetting.

We clearly sent a new product! Since the product was shipped by air, there may have been an issue during shipping that made it look unsatisfactory. We should have handled that as well, so we sincerely apologize that we did not. In order to resolve the issue you experienced, we will do everything we can and make our best effort.

I understand whether customs may have opened the box for quick inspection, however, the box was clearly used and parts were dirty and/or missing. Definitely was not new as expected. However, seller quickly responded to take ownership of issue and offered a partial refund. Very prompt and communicative seller and will most definitely plan to buy from them again despite this setback. 4/5 Stars overall.
