  The disk set came well packaged and arrived sooner than expected and in great condition. Video quality is really good. I was pleased with the price. I’ve waited ages to find “The Space Giants” available on disc. I hadn’t seen the show since the mid 70s. The seller is great at communicating shipping details. There was a problem with delivery service and the seller was prompt to offer to rectify it. Would gladly purchase from Otaku Player again!

  The video discs were shipped out fast. It arrived before the due date, although it seemed to be sitting still in one place for long periods of time. The package was very well protected! The seller honored my instructions to the letter, and was gracious enough to offer excellent shipping! Although the shipping seemed a bit expensive, but perhaps that was a reasonable price, considering it came from overseas, and via Fed Express. Excellent service!

After I reached out to the seller, they contacted the shipper and sorted it out, and I received my package within a couple of days.   Item is great quality, the seller had great communication and the item had great value for the price. Works on all blu ray players and looks great. Shipping was fast but might have to watch out for local tax services as they might elongate the shipping process. Overall can recommend the seller and the quality of the item which had great packaging and arrived in great condition albeit the case was cracked during shipping but the packaging was great so I dont mind.
