  I've been asked for an extra £20 shipping fee due to where I live. Spoke to customer service and they've adviser that it's the seller's fault on how they listed the headboard. The system should've flagged the address and ask me for the correct fee, instead of taking my money for then the seller to cancel the order. I have tried to reason with the seller however he stopped responding and was quite rude. Do not give any money to this seller

  can’t rate the item as i haven’t seen it yet I ordered it in plenty time to get delivered before i went on holiday it was ordered on 3rd july for delivery between 6-10th july never turned up was then told it would be delivered on Fri 12th again never appeared i told seller i was away on holiday so up shot is it never got delivered until Monday 15th im on holiday and one of my poor neighbours had a doable headboard sitting about their house for 2 weeks
