    Another item lost by the increasingly hopeless Royal Mail. However Ounz were very friendly and easy to communicate with and quickly concluded their own investigation and issued a full refund. I would use this seller again without hesitation. Royal Mail though ? I wish their was more choice ... I would opt out if I could.

However, the seller was very responsive to communications and did not hesitate to provide a refund once we were able to confirm with Royal Mail that the item had been lost in the post.     This turned out to be a very protracted transaction! Nonetheless, the item did arrive exactly as described i.e. new/sealed! It was also well-priced, especially considering that the item doesn't have a strong marketplace presence! The seller did politely respond to an order update concerning the shipping of the item. I would certainly consider using this trader again if, as in this case, I was looking to purchase a scarce item. Recommended but only if you're prepared to go the distance!
