Poor experience where they first told me the item was damaged, then said they would get more at end of June, and then I had to go and buy a replacement elsewhere, which cost more and so this was bad value and not what it appeared on the listing, because all they could offer was a grey colour seat - didn't look good enough quality. They are listed in China but ship from UK - how can that work?
