    First receipt of product revealed a fault. Reverted to seller for remedy and response was first class. A replacement unit was shipped immediately whilst arrangements for return were put in place. The second unit received was in first class condition, well packaged and met with expectation. Pricing was sensible and service excellent. This seller appears to be a resource for those harder-to-find items and I will definitely be saving for ease of future contact.

    Repairs to digital pump & processor were completed surprisingly fast. I posted Tuesday and had back Thursday, & contact inbetween about parts required. I put it back in place and tried it. No response, except lights on controller flashing madly- then let it stand overnight. Switched shower on the next morning and it runs so perfectly. So much quieter than before. Aqualisa wanted to charge me 3 times the price just for repairs without new parts! Can't praise this company highly enough...
