  The price was reasonable. The product is oem. The item they sent was damaged. I sent them the images of the damaged item. They said they would issue a refund. One week has passed and I haven't gotten a refund. I have made several attempts to contact seller. They haven't replied since saying they have issued a refund, but i haven't recieved any such refund with no further communication from them. Just know if you have a problem they will leave you hanging in the wind. Poor service.

  Seller shipped the item in cardboard folded in a triangle and taped at the edge. The peice is several feet long and fragile, so it was bent in multiple places and 6 inches at the end was completely snapped off. I contacted the seller twice about a replacement with no response. Went through the entire refund process without a single word from the seller or any attempt to assist. They have genuine products at a competitive price, it's a shame they have zero interest in providing any service.
