    Good communication, very supportive to customers. I cannot comment on the quality because I didn’t used it. I received the mattress but they tried to deliver the the bed to the wrong address multiple times. So I have to cancel my order. However, the seller was very good , kept the communication going and tried to resolve the issues.

Contacted seller 15 days ago with photos, said they would send replacement part. Still no sign, tracking says it still hasn’t been picked up by courier. Contacted seller 4 days ago which they advised they were looking into it and will get back to me. Still no sign. Awful service. Fed up of chasing them. Waited so patiently and not getting anywhere. Don’t recommend
