    I recieved my neckless, it was a big knot in a bag, also it isn’t genuine Pandora! I also asked for a box and a bag and never recieved it, I contacted the seller who Said sorry they didn’t see my message about the bag and box, never offered to send me one or apologise about the way my neckless was knotted.
