Courier DPD had managed to crush one end of the box - delivery guy passed me the obviously damaged package and ran away before the contents could be inspected. Photos taken. All the important bits (the glassware) are intact, the metalwork that was bent out of shape I could straighten. Great quality item, great seller, let down by courier.
